Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs
- Use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and at-home care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, other PTs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and improvement
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current NJ Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
- New grads welcome; mentorship provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and improving quality of life

Taking a holistic approach, Active Life Physical Therapy provided care to patients in their own homes, treating muscle weakness, functional impairments, cognitive impairments, and fall risk prevention. ALPT strongly believes in treating all patients with compassion, respect, dignity, and care – as if they were their own family members.
In 2022, the first clinic of Active Life Physical Therapy was established in Clifton, NJ. The clinic is dedicated to helping patients of all abilities, not just those who are unable to leave their homes. ALPT aims to provide education, support for recovery, and assist patients in living their most active lives.
